• Individuals: $120 per 50 minute session
• Family: $150 per 50 minute session

To file insurance for my clients, I use a billing company, Headway, to manage my billing and administrative work so I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible.

Once we determine we would like to work together, I will initiate an account for you with Headway. The Headway team will reach out to you via email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You’ll see your cost/session ahead of time and can check your benefits any time here.

If you are not on an insurance plan that I currently accept, you may be able to file for reimbursement of a portion of my fees, as I am considered an out-of-network provider. I do not file claims for out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance company for more information about filing for out-of-network benefits. Their number will be on the back of your card.

NOTE: If you decide to move forward on using your health insurance plan to pay for services or you decide to file for reimbursement from your insurance for services provided by an out-of-network provider, please understand that insurance companies require that I provide a mental health diagnosis in order for you to be reimbursed. The diagnosis will be on your permanent health record. They also can ask questions about your progress, access your notes, and ask why you are in therapy. Insurance companies can dictate how many sessions you receive and may only reimburse you for a certain number of sessions.

Private Pay Clients: You will receive a good faith estimate of service costs. 

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required for cancellations. The cancellation policy is as follows:

• With 24-Hour Notice: No fee
• Without 24-Hour Notice: $65 fee
• No Show/No Call: The full fee applies.
