If you have never worked with a counselor before, you may not know exactly what I do and how I can help you alleviate the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Counselors work with individuals who are experiencing distressing physical and emotional symptoms such as the inability to control thoughts, disturbed sleep, fear of being in public or meeting new people, irritability, procrastination, and more. We use methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and EMDR to help them alleviate their symptoms.
Specifically, I work with high-functioning women, such as working women, busy moms, and young women, who are experiencing difficulties with stress and anxiety through my in-person and online counseling program.
